Do NOT have sex with 440 pound virgins!

Gregg Casarona was 21 and 440 pounds when he lost his virginity to his then-girlfriend, 22-year-old Jen Gerakaris, in a tryst that would send her to the emergency room, according to the New York Post.

The sheer force of Casarona's weight on top of Gerakaris, who weighed about 110 pounds, sent her flying backward, her head plowing through the sheet-rock wall of the Long Island basement where they were getting down and dirty.

“My initial reaction was, 'I killed her,'" Casarona told The Post. Luckily, he was wrong -- Gerakaris wasn't even knocked unconscious. He did take her to the hospital, though, where she was diagnosed with a concussion.

This all happened about eight years ago, but the story that Casarona and Gerakaris say has entertained their friends for years is getting renewed attention from the TLC series, "Sex Sent Me to the ER," which premieres on December 28.

Chicago doctor Jordan Moskoff told ABC News that he deals with sex-related injuries in the ER about twice a week.

"[Penile] rings are really problems," he told the network. "That should be a public service announcement: Don't use anything that doesn't have a hinge or is not made of rubber, or it's not coming off."

He noted that objects stuck in a patients' rectums is one of the most common accidents he sees, but people frequently lie and tell him they "fell on something."

Sex-induced ER visits aren't limited to the United States, either. In September, a man hailing from Gigante, Colombia took so much Viagra (the erectile dysfunction medication) that he wound up needing surgery on his penis.

And even the pros make mistakes, sometimes. In October, former porn star Aurora Snow told HuffPost Live that one time on set, a female performer crashed down on the erect penis of a male performer.

"It bent, and there was just blood gushing all over," Snow said.
